The Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk lnfrastruktur (KIAT) is a 10-year facility supported by the Australian Government and implemented by Cardno. KIAT works in partnership with the Government of Indonesia and civil society to improve infrastructure policy, planning and delivery.
KIAT is establishing a Consultant Panel to support the ongoing implementation of KIAT activities. The Panel will provide KIAT with access to pre-qualified consultant services for both short and long term assignments.
Services will cover a range of different types of work including scoping, analysis, feasibility studies, design, project management and training, across the following technical specialist areas:

Applications from qualified Indonesian and international applicants will be considered. Successful Indonesian nationals will be engaged under a local contract in IDR and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations. International applicants will be engaged following the DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework classification based on assignment needs.
