Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2. that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km2.
The resource base on 31 December 2016 includes 7.5 Moz of gold and 67 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.
PT Agincourt Resources engages more than 2,600 employees and contractors, with approximately 98% Indonesians, of which more than 70% were recruited from the local area surrounding the operation.
To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:
This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Maintenance Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks On; 2 weeks Off and reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
This position manages the Reliability and Engineering functions within fixed plant maintenance and provide technical support to the Maintenance execution teams in line with operational needs. They will work as part of a team and seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide professional support to the broader maintenance group.
The role will seek to improve reliability of the crushing, milling and gold extraction circuits in line with business plans. It will also provide support and coaching on reliability principles across the maintenance and operations teams. The role is also tasked with managing completion of medium level engineering activities and coordinating higher level engineering requirements with external service providers.

This position will be based in Martabe Site within TSF Operations Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks On; 2 weeks off and reports directly to the Manager TSF Construction.
The role of the Senior TSF Engineer is to support the operations and technical teams to ensure the TSF (Tailings Dam) is constructed to design compliance through management of the soils and or concrete lab equipment and consumables and training of Junior Engineers/Engineers in the correcting testing procedures and geotechnical monitoring systems. The senior engineer will also be familiar with the construction schedule and track performance against plan, including the controls for AMO management and record keeping for materials placed. There will be a close liaison with the consulting engineer to ensure QA/QC testing meets objectives and construction specifications, with regular communications on progress and any non-compliance.
