Bachelor Degree in any fields
Minimum 2 years working experience in media, agency, brand or start up company
Experience on running, optimizing and managing paid channel dashboards on one of the platforms: Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin ads manager.
Good knowledge and implementation of marketing channels such as email, social media marketing, SEO, SEM , CRO, marketing automation.
Have the ability to maximize marketing channels that are already good and develop new marketing channels to conduct experiments on other user segments.
Have the ability to run independently and optimize marketing strategies to maximize each customer journey from user growth, retention to revenue.
Understand the problem and behavior of the audience.
Understand of data analysis using Google analytics, Chartbeat, Ads Manager, Data Studio,
Moengage and Google sheets with sort, filter, pivot tables features.
Understand marketing funnels and digital marketing KPIs.
