Searching and updating the database of existing clients and potential new clients to be used as targets for further collaboration events
Explore, identify, and analyze the needs of sponsors and industries that are handled to accommodate market needs including industry or client activities or at other events.
Send and offer sponsorship/partnership package offer proposals to existing and new clients to sell events.
Visiting clients to present event programs, explaining concepts, communication strategies and pricing, capturing client needs, ensuring budgets and product forms that can be used by clients to achieve closing program/event packages.
Coordinate with Executors and Marketing Planners to provide package briefs that have been briefed by clients
Persyaratan
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Communication or Marketing Management or related
Having minimum 1 year working / internship / freelance experience in related fields
Mastering market concept, pricing, sales and promotion
Mastering in event concent
Good knowledge and network about sponsorship and partnership, and organizing the event
Basic good communication and market or industry insight
